Application Process

Are you a talented and ambitious student dreaming of studying abroad? That is why we have created the Nexora Scholarship Program, a unique opportunity for international students to study in leading European countries such as Spain, Germany, Lithuania, Italy, and Austria.

At Nexora, we want every applicant to clearly understand the steps of registration and scholarship evaluation. Please read the process carefully before submitting your application.

Step 1: Online Registration

  • Complete the Application Form on our website.

  • Upload the required academic documents.

  • Pay the application review fee to activate your registration.

Step 2: Document Review (up to 10 working days)

  • After submission, your documents will be reviewed by our admissions team.

  • Within 10 working days, you will receive an email confirmation:

    • Approved → You move forward in the process.

    • Not Approved → You will receive feedback on the reasons.

Step 3: Exam Schedule Announcement

  • Approved applicants will be notified by email with their exam date.

  • The exam will be scheduled within 3 months after registration.

  • Detailed instructions and guidelines for the exam will be provided.

Step 4: Exam Results

  • After completing the exam, your official score report will be sent to your registered email address.

  • Based on your results, you may qualify for the next stage.

Step 5: Online Interview

  • Applicants who meet the required standards will be invited to an online interview.

  • This interview helps our team evaluate academic potential, motivation, and overall eligibility for scholarships.
