The interview is the final step in the selection process for the Nexora Scholarship Program, designed to identify the most talented and motivated candidates. While the written exam evaluates academic knowledge, the interview allows us to gain a deeper understanding of each applicant’s skills, personality, motivation, and potential for success in their chosen field of study.
The purpose of the interview is to:
1- Assess communication and critical thinking skills in English.
2- Evaluate motivation, commitment, and future goals.
3- Identify personal qualities such as resilience, creativity, and teamwork.
4- Provide candidates with the opportunity to present themselves beyond exam scores.
The interview will consist of the following parts:
1- Introduction and Personal Background – Applicants briefly present themselves, their academic interests, and career aspirations.
2- Motivation & Goals – Discussion of why the candidate applied for the Nexora Scholarship and how they plan to use this opportunity.
3- Academic & Scientific Questions – A short set of questions related to the chosen field of study to evaluate subject knowledge and problem-solving skills.
4- Psychological & Behavioral Assessment – Conducted by professional psychologists to measure adaptability, stress management, and interpersonal skills.
5- Final Remarks & Candidate Questions – Applicants may ask questions about the program.
The interview will be conducted in English.
Only candidates who achieve the required minimum score in the written exam will be invited. The interview schedule and instructions will be sent via email.
The process will be supervised by TopMed UK, together with Nexora representatives, expert psychologists, and scientific specialists to ensure fairness and transparency.
