Eligibility and Selection Process

  1. Check Eligibility

    • You must be a high school graduate or in your final year of high school. 

    • Meet academic and language criteria, especially Spanish (for Spanish-taught programs) and possibly English. 

    • There are no restrictions on nationality. 

  2. Decide on the Dentistry Program & University

    • Dentistry (Grado en Odontología) in Spain is a 5-year undergraduate degree, roughly 300 ECTS. 

    • Most Dentistry programs in Spain are taught in Spanish; you will likely need a Spanish language certificate (often DELE B2 or higher) or equivalent. nexoratest.com

  3. Prepare Academic Documents

    • Your high school diploma/transcripts, especially with good grades in science (biology, chemistry, etc.). 

    • If your country’s diploma is foreign, you may have to go through UNEDasiss (Specific Competency Tests — PCE) or homologation.

    • If you do well in the test, you’ll be invited to an interview. This assesses motivation, leadership, readiness to study abroad, and other personal qualities. 

  8. Selection & Scholarship Offer

    • Based on ranking in test plus interview, and overall performance. Top performing candidates may get full scholarships, others may receive partial scholarships or support. 

    • The scholarship may cover full or part of tuition. It may also include assistance with admission process, visa, documentation. 

  9. Meet University Admission Requirements

    • Even after winning a scholarship, you must gain admission to a partner university in Spain for Dentistry. That means passing the university’s access criteria (EBAU / Selectividad for Spanish students; for foreigners: PCE via UNEDasiss or equivalent) and demonstrating required grades. 

  10. Maintain Scholarship Conditions

    • The scholarship is initially for one academic year.

    • To renew, you must meet academic performance criteria (keep good grades), maintain required conduct, perhaps participate in research/volunteer or academic programs.
